Complaints and notification of defects
The customer shall promptly notify us in writing, at the latest within 10 days
of receipt of the goods of any discernible defects.
Any complaints must be addressed to ROJ srl, Via Vercellone 11 - 13900 Biella ITALY
Complaints or claims don't allow customer to suspend goods payment.
Any Contract shall be governed and construed by Italian law.
Any dispute, controversy or claim in connection with a Contract shall be finally
settled by arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute
of the International Chamber of Commerce.
The arbitration tribunal shall be composed of one (1) arbitrator.
The venue for arbitration shall be BIELLA, Italy. The language to be used
in the arbitral proceedings shall be English, unless both parties are registered
in Italy.
